- Fulfillment record showing pack/ship date, carrier, tracking number, and package details.
- Carrier tracking page with shipped, in-transit, and delivered scans.
- Delivery confirmation page showing delivered status, date, city/state, and delivery location when available.
- Any signature, photo proof, pickup confirmation, or delivery exception notes.
3. Policy and storefront context
- Refund, return, delivery, and lost-package policy screenshots.
- Policy URL and capture date, ideally close to the order date.
- Checkout or shipping terms if they are visible in your platform records.
- Any post-purchase tracking or delivery notification sent to the customer.
4. Customer communication
- Support thread showing what the customer reported and when.
- Merchant responses that provided tracking, delivery, replacement, refund, or policy information.
- Notes about whether the customer changed the delivery address, requested reshipment, or acknowledged receipt.
- Remove unnecessary personal data before forwarding evidence outside the original platform.
5. Packet structure
- One-paragraph merchant statement summarizing the order, fulfillment, and delivery facts.
- Chronological timeline from order date through dispute response deadline.
- Evidence index with attachment names that match the files you upload.
- Final review for legibility, relevance, privacy, and submission deadline.
